SC Directs Bombay HC to Dispose of Mamta Kulkarni's Plea for Quashing of FIR - 28.08.2020

Supreme Court has requested the Bombay High Court to expeditiously take up actress Mamta Kulkarni's petition for quashing of First Information Report naming her as one of the accused in an 'international drug conspiracy' to transport Ephedrine powder for manufacturing Methamphetamine.
