Bombay HC to Resume Physical Hearing of Criminal Appeals Only - 26.08.2020

Bombay High Court has notified a special procedure for physical hearing of criminal appeals only from 31st August, 2020 to 15th September, 2020 for the principal bench in Mumbai, Aurangabad and High Court of Bombay at Goa, as a precautionary measure in view of COVID-19.
