Gauhati HC Pulls Up State's PAG Over Late Release of Salaries - 26.08.2020

Gauhati High Court has pulled up Assam's Principal Accountant General over the late release of salaries, observing that if the Judicial Officers of the State have to "run from pillar to post" for their pay-slips, leave credit statement, etc., there is likelihood that it may affect efficient dispensation of justice.
