Delhi HC Issues Notice in Plea Seeking Strict Implementation of Statutory Reservation for Recruitment - 25.08.2020

Delhi High Court has issued notice in a plea seeking a direction to be issued to the Central Government to ensure that central universities are strictly implementing reservation for Scheduled Castes for direct recruitment as per the notification issued by the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
