Rajasthan HC Sets Aside Speaker's Rejection of Disqualification Petition Against 6 BSP MLAs - 25.08.2020

Rajasthan High Court has set aside the order of the Speaker which rejected the Petition submitted by Bhratiya Janta Party Member of Legislative Assembly, Madan Dilawar seeking the disqualification of 6 Bharatiya Samaj Party Members of Legislative Assembly who had merged with the Congress in 2019.
