SC Dismisses Plea Challenging BSP-Congress Merger as Infructuous After Rajasthan HC Decision - 24.08.2020

Supreme Court has dismissed the case pertaining to the plea challenging Rajasthan High Court's refusal to stay Rajasthan Speaker Dr. CP Joshi's decision approving the merger of six Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Members of Legislative Assembly with Indian National Congress as infructuous on the grounds that the Rajasthan High Court had given a decision.
