Delhi HC Extends Benefit of SC's Scheme on CBSE Cancelled Exams to Improvement Students - 21.08.2020

Delhi High Court has held that the scheme approved by the Supreme Court for the assessment of students due to the cancellation of exams by Central Board for Secondary Education will also be applicable to those students, who had appeared for the improvement examinations conducted during the months of February and March, 2020.
