Delhi HC Disposes of Plea Seeking Inclusion of Orphans in EWS Quota - 20.08.2020

Delhi High Court has disposed of the plea seeking inclusion of orphans in economically weaker section (EWS) quota, observing that the Delhi Government shall continue providing admissions to orphan children in government and private schools.
