Kerala HC Upholds Validity of SBI Contributory Pension Scheme - 20.08.2020

Kerala High Court has upheld the validity of the State Bank of India Employees Defined Contribution Pension Scheme, setting aside the judgment passed by the Single Judge Bench stating that the contributory pension scheme was not brought into operation as per the provisions contained in Section 50 of the State Bank of India Act, 1955 and therefore was non-operational.
