SC: No Occasion for CAG Audit of PM CARES Fund as It is a Public Charitable Trust - 19.08.2020

Supreme Court has observed that there is no occasion for audit of Prime Minister's Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations Fund by the Comptroller & Auditor General of India as it is a public charitable trust.
