SC Issues Contempt Notice on Plea Alleging Non-Implementation of PwD Reservation Quota - 18.08.2020

Supreme Court has issued notices on a contempt Petition filed against non-implementation of its order providing for reservation in promotions to the Persons with Disabilities in all identified posts in Group A and Group B.
