Karnataka HC Issues Notice on Plea Seeking to Extend Education Loan Moratorium Scheme Benefit - 18.08.2020

Karnataka High Court has issued notice to the State/Central Government and Reserve Bank of India on a Public Interest Litigation seeking extension of the benefit of moratorium scheme on education loans to all categories of students in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.
