Delhi HC Refuses to Stay Pollution Cess on Delhi Development Authority - 14.08.2020

Delhi High Court has refused to stay a pollution cess of Rs 50 Lakhs slapped on Delhi Development Authority by Delhi Pollution Control Committee for alleged water contamination of stormwater drains on the Samalkha-Dwarka Road.
