SC Stays Delhi HC Contempt Proceedings Against Centre for Failure to Publish Notification - 14.08.2020

Supreme Court has stayed the contempt of court proceedings initiated by Delhi High Court against Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEFCC) for failing to publish draft Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) notification, 2020 in multiple regional languages.
