SC: No Stay on BSP-Congress Merger; Any Transaction on Floor of House Subject to Court Orders - 14.08.2020

Supreme Court has declined the plea to stay the Speaker's decision to stay the merger of BSP Members of Legislative Assembly of Rajasthan assembly with Congress, stating that any transactions on the floor of the house during the assembly session will be subject to the orders of the Court.
