Gujarat HC Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Government Ordinance on Factories Act, 1948 - 13.08.2020

Gujarat High Court has issued notice on a plea challenging the ordinance promulgated by the Governor of Gujarat in connection with Factories Act, 1948, making all the offences compoundable so far as previous prosecution is concerned, and restraining new prosecution from being initiated for many offences.
