J & K HC Allows Minor Rape Victim to Medically Terminate Pregnancy of 26 Weeks - 13.08.2020

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has permitted a minor rape victim to terminate her pregnancy of 26 weeks on grounds that pregnancy was likely to cause grave mental injury to the victim.
