Bombay HC Directs Maharashtra Govt to File Reply on Emergency Parole of GN Saibaba - 13.08.2020

Bombay High Court has directed the Maharashtra Government to file a reply to the emergency parole application filed by former Delhi University Professor GN Saibaba who has been convicted under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 for having links with Maoists.
