P&H HC Imposes Cost on Plea Filed Without Territorial Jurisdiction to Gain Benefit of Interim Order - 13.08.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court has imposed costs of Rs. 1,00,000/- on the Directors of a Mumbai-based company, who had appeared before it against disqualification order passed against them, only to reap benefits of a precedent set by the High Court, without there being territorial jurisdiction.
