Karnataka HC: Period of Quarantine Undergone by Court Staff to be Treated as 'On Duty' - 11.08.2020

Karnataka High Court has decided that the period of quarantine undergone by the staff members of District/Trial Courts shall be treated as on duty subject to conditions.
