P&H HC: Protective Shield of Law to be Extended to Public Servants to Enable Discharge of Duty - 11.08.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court has observed that the "protective shield of law" has to be extended to public servants to enable them to effectively discharge their duties without any fear, noting that cases of assault or use of criminal force to obstruct/prevent public servants from discharging their duties are on the increase.
