Delhi HC Reserves Order over TRAI Regulation - 18.01.2016

Delhi High Court has reserved its order on a writ petition challenging a new regulation of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), which provides for payment of Re.1 for each call drop subject to a cap of Rs.3 a day.
