SC Seeks Discoms' Response over Plea Filed Against HC’s Order - 18.01.2016

SC has sought reply from private power distribution companies (Tata Power, Delhi Distribution Ltd., BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd and BSES Yamuna Power Ltd ) on petitions filed by various bodies including Delhi Government challenging High Court order that these discoms cannot be audited by CAG.
