Kerala HC: No Bar on Filing Anticipatory Bail Applications in Triple Talaq Cases - 10.08.2020

Kerala High Court has held that Anticipatory Bail application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is not barred in a case in which an offence under the provisions of Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019 is alleged.
