SC Extends Protection Against Coercive Action in FIRs for Remarks Against Sufi Saint - 07.08.2020

Supreme Court has extended the protection from any coercive action till 31st August, 2020 in the plea seeking quashing of First Information Reports against Journalist Amish Devgan for making derogatory remarks against Sufi Saint Moinuddin Chishti due to pleadings being incomplete.
