Delhi HC Asks Centre on Incorporating Provisions in Statute for Judgment Debtor’s Financial Capacity - 07.08.2020

Delhi High Court has asked the Central Government to take into consideration, stating that the mandatory filing of the affidavit of assets, income, expenditure and liabilities by judgment-debtor in a detailed prescribed form at the very threshold of execution litigation should be incorporated in the statutes.
