Bombay HC Refuses to Quash Decision Classifying Categories of Prisoners for Temporary Release - 07.08.2020

Bombay High Court has refused to quash the decision of the High Power Committee constituted by the State for decongestion of prisons due to the threat of COVID-19, to classify categories of prisoners who will be released on emergency parole.
