SC: Stringent Provisions of NDPS Still Requires Establishing Prima Facie Case - 06.08.2020

Supreme Court has observed that stringent provisions of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 do not dispense with the requirements of prosecution to establish a prima facie case beyond reasonable doubt.
