SC Dismisses Prashant Bhushan's Petition Challenging Registry's Handling of Contempt Complaint - 06.08.2020

Supreme Court has dismissed the Petition filed by Advocate Prashant Bhushan against Secretary General of Supreme Court alleging procedural irregularities in accepting the Contempt Petition without the sanction of Attorney General.
