SC Issues Notice on Plea Against Bihar State Pharmacy Registration Council - 06.08.2020

Supreme Court has issued notice to Bihar Government on a Petition filed against an order of the Patna High Court whereby the plea against fake registration of pharmacists by the Bihar State Pharmacy Registration Council was disposed of.
