Madras HC: All Unaided Private Educational Institutions "Establishment" for Purpose of ESI Act - 04.08.2020

Madras High Court has ruled that all private educational institutions will come under the purview of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 and will be treated as an 'establishment' for all purposes under it.
