Madras HC: Any Senior Muslim Advocate can be Nominated as Waqf Member - 04.08.2020

Madras High Court has made it clear that the occurrence of the words "any senior Muslim advocate" in the proviso to Section 14(1)(b)(iii) of the Waqf Act, 1995 is not confined to designated senior counsel and that any senior muslim advocate can be nominated as Waqf member.
