Delhi HC Seeks Response on Plea Seeking Stay on Appointment of Delhi Minorities Commission Chairman - 31.07.2020

Delhi High Court has sought response of the Centre, Delhi government and the lieutenant governor on a plea seeking a stay on further appointment to the post of Delhi Minorities Commission chairman.
