P&H HC: No Requirement of NOC Where Adoptive Parents are Indians - 30.07.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 would not apply in cases of inter-country adoption of children being given directly by parents to relatives/known people under the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956.
