Delhi HC Dismisses Plea Seeking Inclusion of Advocates Under MSME Act - 29.07.2020

Delhi High Court has refused to entertain a plea seeking inclusion of advocates as eligible professionals under the scheme of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 in order to make them eligible for beneficial credit facilities.
