SC Dismisses Plea to Remove Former UP DGP from Commission Probing Vikas Dubey Encounter - 29.07.2020

Supreme Court has dismissed two Petitions which sought to remove K L Gupta, former Director-General of Police of Uttar Pradesh, from the Supreme Court-appointed inquiry commission to probe into the genuineness of the encounter killing of gangster, Vikas Dubey.
