Bombay HC Directs State on Disposal of Bio Medical Waste - 28.07.2020

Bombay High Court has directed the State, Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation and the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board to ensure that the bio medical waste generated from hospitals treating patients infected by COVID-19 is disposed of in accordance with Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 and guidelines framed by Central Pollution Control Board on 10th June, 2020.
