Delhi HC: Low Revenue Not a Reason for Not Giving Funds for Salaries - 28.07.2020

Delhi High Court has told the Aam Aadmi Party Government that its depleting revenue could not be given as the reason to not release funds to the municipal corporations to pay their staff salaries.
