Bombay HC Dismisses Civic Report on Illegal Banners - 18.01.2016

Bombay HC has dismissed civic body’s affidavit on illegal banners and hoardings, saying that report which was submitted earlier, is insufficient and ordered civic body to file a detailed compliance report after taking necessary action against defacement in the city.
