Punjab and Haryana HC Issues Notice to NHAI and Others - 15.01.2016

Punjab and Haryana HC has issued notices to National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Central Government and Millennium City Expressways Pvt Ltd on basis of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) alleging overcharging of commuters at the Kherki Daula toll plaza.
