SEBI Issues SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) (Amendment) Regulations, 2016 - 15.01.2016

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) (Amendment) Regulations, 2016, in order to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.
