Bombay HC Quashes FIR on Amicable Settlement Between Man and Victim - 24.07.2020

Bombay High Court has quashed a First Information Report filed against a 25-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old boy after the father of the victim and the accused reached an amicable settlement.
