P&H HC: Accused Enjoying Interim Bail in Pandemic Not Entitled To 'Dual Benefit' of Default Bail - 24.07.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court has denied default bail to an accused on the grounds that he was not entitled to dual benefit of default bail and interim bail on account of the COVID-19 pandemic, and is now finally required to surrender on 4th September, 2020.
