Delhi HC Asks UGC if Final Year Exams Can be Held in MCQ Format - 23.07.2020

Delhi High Court has asked the University Grants Commission (UGC) to explain if final-year examinations by universities can be conducted based on Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), open choices, assignments and presentations, instead of long form exams.
