Kerala HC Stays Munsiff-Magistrate Notification on Finding That it Excluded EWS Reservation - 23.07.2020

Kerala High Court has stayed a High Court notification dated 20th June, 2020 inviting applications for appointment to the post of Munsiff-Magistrate, on the prima facie finding that it excluded Economically Weaker Section (EWS) from the category of reservation.
