Delhi HC Pulls Up Cluster Bus Operator - 15.01.2016

Delhi HC, while stating that tragedies like Nirbhaya case must never happen again, has cracked whip on city's largest cluster scheme operators for running public service buses without basic safety lights. The court upheld Delhi's policy to penalise bus operators who fail to stick safety norms.
