Karnataka HC: Right to Religion Can't be Invoked to Protect Illegal Structures - 20.07.2020

Karnataka High Court has held that fundamental right to religion under Article 25 of the Constitution of India, 1949 does not extend to offering prayers at each and every place, and protecting a place of worship illegally built on public place.
