SC Refuses to Entertain Advocate Clerks' Plea for Monetary Aid - 17.07.2020

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a plea by the Supreme Court Bar Clerk's Association seeking financial assistance from the Centre on account of hardships faced by them due to the COVID-19 situation.
