NGT to Govt.: Consider Setting Up of ETPs Instead of STPs for Treating Sewage Water - 15.01.2016

NGT has directed Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and Union Ministry of Environment and Forests (MOEF) to consider setting up effluent treatment plants (ETPs) instead of sewerage treatment plants (STPs) for treating sewage water used for growing vegetables to prevent them from contamination.
