SC Directs Cellular Companies to Maintain CDR and Other Records Seized During Investigations - 15.07.2020

Supreme Court has issued general directions to cellular companies and internet service providers to maintain Call Detail Records (CDRs) and other relevant records for the concerned period in a "segregated and secure" manner if a particular CDR or other record is seized during investigation.
